Natalia was an amazing host, very responsive and helpful! The place was spacious and clean and had everything we needed! There was fresh fruit and limoncello in the fridge when we arrived. The apartment was in a great location only a minutes walk to shops/ restaurants; about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and faces out to a roadway that can be quite noisy (we wore earplugs and it was fine). Natalia even let us leave our bags secured after we checked out until our out ferry later in the afternoon!

We liked Umberto and Fely (who lives upstairs), they are both very sweet and helpful and arranged a lot of stuff, mostly via WhatsApp. They have a daughter to help out with english translation when you arrive etc. We also liked the apartment itself with the little garden, the view from the upper terrace, and that the house was far away from everything touristy. The town Termini is a great little local town with no tourists and it has a little piazza with an amazing view of Capri. There is a small market, a butcher, a cafe, an ATM and that is it. We also had Fely and her mom to make us a lovely dinner on the upper terrace and it doesn’t get more local than that. If you rent a car, do not rent anything bigger than a Fiat Panda … the road to and from the house is very narrow. If you have a bigger car, there is a reserved spot at the piazza which is app 5 min away.

The property itself is stunning—full of life, with vibrant homegrown tomatoes, lush lemon gardens, and the most breathtaking views of the coast. It felt like being wrapped in nature and love all at once. The location is also perfect—peaceful and serene, yet easily accessible with a shuttle bus and nearby train station making day trips simple and stress-free. What truly made our stay special, though, were the people. Beautiful souls in a beautiful setting. We left feeling rested, inspired, and incredibly grateful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and heartwarming Italian escape.
