The atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing, while the facilities are excellent, making the stay both comfortable and memorable.

The area is very calm and peaceful — perfect for relaxing and recharging. At the same time, it’s conveniently close to everything you may need: just a 5-minute drive to the nearest town with shops and restaurants, and only about 20 minutes away from the seaside, where we discovered some lovely beaches. It really combines the best of both worlds — the serenity of the mountain and easy access to the sea. The villa itself is exceptional: super clean, airy, and modern, with great attention to detail in every corner. You can really feel the care that has gone into making the space comfortable and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you feel both away from everything and yet close enough to enjoy local experiences. Also, the hosts were amazing, super helpful and easy to communicate to. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to unwind in a beautiful, authentic setting!

Easy parking next to the house. 10-minute access by car to nearby sand beaches in Neoi Poroi. Close to the old, beautiful village of Palaios Panteleimonas. Very nice and welcoming hosts who also shared personal recommendations about places to visit and restaurants to try. Fully equipped kitchen.
