Fabulous apartment, clean and meticulously maintained. Felt like home.away from home - we stayed with our dog for 4 nights and the host was so attentive to all our needs during our stay. Private, quiet and just perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend a visit. Also, it's only 10 mins from the city so it's easy to get there and back. And there's a super amazing restaurant (Olanthe) that's 3 mins drive from the unit. We ate there twice during our stay.

The apartment is stunning, fully equipped, and very comfortable—nothing was missing. Peggy, our host, left us delicious treats and was always available for anything we needed. The location is perfect, situated centrally near the old city of Ioannina, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

The room was small but had everything we needed. Dimitri, property manager, was wonderful, friendly, helpful and hospitable. He treated us to cold drinks & coffees upon arrival. We had too much luggage, so he helped us transport and carry our belongings. When checking out, he met us at the coffee shop and took care of all the checking out details. Matoula, the caretaker, was awesome as well, took the time to talk to us and tell us what to do and where to go / eat. Came everyday to check in and refill fridge / toiletteries & amenities. I absolutely recommend this hotel, the room was overlooking the port, had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Need to pack light, as there is no parking nearby amd many stairs in the hillside town and steep slopes.

The breakfast was mouth-watering and also included local products. The host was friendly and eager to suggest the area's attractions.

The location is close to the port. The villa is beautiful, clean, equipped with all the appliances needed for a long stay. The garden has a playground for children. The private pool is very clean, maintained daily and was the children's attraction. We felt great in this location!
