Initial items are provided, which made it easy for breakfast the first morning. The host is very friendly, communicative and easy going. The beds are comfortable and the AC works perfectly. The place is like new, well appointed. Just watch your head as it is low in 1 spot. No problem. The bathroom is good, the bath nice. The house is very quiet, you can get a good night sleep. We highly recommend this place as the best place in Ioannina.
