The house itself is very big with very nice terrace. It was clean and filled with all you need to stay there even for a few weeks. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Recommend to stay here if you go to view Kutaisi neighborhood.

We noticed that some things were missing in the kitchen, and as soon as we pointed it out, they immediately provided us with what we had asked for. Overall, they were extremely kind, courteous, and friendly. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom has a shower curtain, which prevents the whole floor from getting wet. Highly recommended—the best place we stayed in Georgia.

Wonderful sunsets as you’re facing west, and very peaceful. The property was comfortable and felt spacious with the high ceilings and big windows. The garden is lovely. The owner was really helpful and super responsive. Would suggest double checking the correct address if using taxi services like bolt, as if you put 41 in it navigates elsewhere (weirdly seems to work best if you use 29 or Tamars classic house) Overall loved our stay here!
