The apartment was clean, furnishings new and modern. There are two rooms on the ground floor (each sleeps 2) and stairs leading to attic floor which can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. Not to mention, lots of books and board games for kids. There's also a spacious garden adjacent to the entrance of the apartment, perfect for kids to run wild when the weather is good. Great staging ground for visits around some of the Loire castles. There's a need to clean up the place before checking out, but I think it's typical for French guest houses, and it's also as a sign of respect for the host and the space. Recommended, especially for families with young kids.
