The place was clean and well built. The road there is a bit rough if you are not used to the area but once you get to Canavida, it’s all worth it. The view is absolutly breathtaking. One of the best ocean views I have seen in a while. Also the owners Jess and John are amazing humans and wonderful hosts, they are on the premise so open to help with anything you need. We also travelled with our dog, and there was plenty of space for morning walks. It was really nice! Oh and you can see all kinds of birds like macaws and tucans on the property. Honestly a gem!

A perfect, spacious house with a beautiful garden in a totally quiet neighbourhood all to ourselves - it could not get any better! It comes with a full kitchen, a modern bathroom and plenty of details that are useful. There are 6 houses each wirh a big private garden and plenty of nature around them. We spotted lots of birdsand smaller animals and even a wildcat. Our host Guillermo was fantastic! He is such a kind soul and helped us with everything, always a big smile on his face. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our cottage was simple but well-equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, and we slept very comfortably. We appreciated having a small kitchen, which made it easy to prepare simple meals for the kids. The owner, Markus, was incredibly friendly and helpful. One of our favorite parts was being able to enjoy dinner by the pool. The pool itself was beautiful, refreshing, and set in a perfect location. The hacienda is very well maintained, with several easy and fun trails where you can spot plenty of wildlife. Our kids especially loved the farm animals: three friendly dogs, two cats, five horses, and free-roaming chickens that wander around the property. We also booked a horseback riding experience, which was fantastic. Markus took us to a waterfall where we could swim — it was the biggest highlight for the kids! We highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to come back.
