It was very nice and clean. The housekeeping was great and the receptionists took they helped me book a restaurant and translate things for me! Really great experience. Location is also very nice and quite central. Our room was so big and spacious and felt very luxurious.

Luxurious hotel, conveniently located with a very upscale feel, fantastic value for money. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Giwa Feng at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with everything from checking in to extending my stay. Hope to visit again!

They have Indian Chef who prepares Indian dishes like Parathas, Choley, Masala tea, Daal, Rice etc A Five-minute Walk to Xujing subway station (Line2) Hotel Interior is fantastic. If you would like to book Airport Taxi, you can contact Hotel concierge, they will book fixed rate taxi for you. Concierge booked 6 seater luxurious taxi to Pudong Airport for 65 CNY.

It is easy to get to the hotel by a shuttle bus that runs from early in the morning until late at night. The room is really luxurious, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is rich.

This really is a luxury hotel, and it rivals the big chains. I would stay here in a heartbeat again the room was beautiful and d the staff were over and above accomodating. If they didn’t understand what o was saying they would use a translation app. Super close to Disneyland (I walked there and back) and the Shanghai Village outlet shops. Airport is about 20 minutes away, making it the perfect way to end or start your holiday.

Great location on People’s Square, metro very close. The hotel public areas, reception and dinning rooms, are very nice. The rooms were not overly luxurious but very good for the money. The hotel is connected to the metro via a shopping centre which has a food court at the bottom with loads of great food for western guests. Reception staff spoke a good level of English.
