Since the booking was confirmed and until we checked out he was available for all the questions/inquiries we had. He made sure we didn't miss anything and gave us some great recommendations. The place is perfect as well! We were 3 families with children and it was very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this place if you're planing to ski in Borovets. The trip to Borovets takes about 10 minutes and you can park right on the ski slope. The best benefit is that the restaurants in Samokov are much better than in Borovets (and much cheaper). Next time we'll be in Borovets we're definitely come back to Stoyanovata Kashta
