The villa very tidy with comfortable beds and plenty of space. It has a large garden for kids to play in and the downstairs relaxation area with pool is excellent. Excellent location with great Heurigen just up the road (Bio-Weinbau Obermann is worth a visit), near by supermarkets and easy tram access to downtown. Highly recommended.

We stayed with 3 adults to celebrate my mums 85th birthday. It was a great place to stay. We visited different sites each day but also had the comfort of an entire house to wake up and end the day at out own pace. It was spacious, each our own bedroom, a livingroom and a large kitchen. My car was parked in the garage for the whole stay, because public transport was so easy and fast from that location.
