The owner and his family are so sweet and accommodating. They even prepared our breakfast early as we need to leave before the breakfast time. Truly recommendable place.

It's huge, enough space for friends or family. Pool area is very nice with superb views day and night. Big balconies and spectacular views. Elvis is the best host you could wish for-kind,polite, helpful and brought us even fresh fruits in the morning as a gift and helped with our luggage-we felt very welcomed! There's great traditional restaurant in walking distance and also grocery shop-you have everything nearby. Berat center is in short drive. I suggest to stay at least 2 nights in villa, so you can enjoy all the amenities and great opertunities it has with no hurry :)

A short 15 minute walk to the lake. A incredible generous host. We all would love to return.
