Great location a short walk to the main seafront area, but also not directly in front of the beach, therefore providing a quieter evening experience. A very short walk in the opposite direction gets you to a great restaurant in the area, so easy access to amenities, including a kiosk around the corner. Great private parking is available, individual balcony and the hosts are very welcoming. I would highly recommend!

The villa, set in a building dating from 2005, is 37 km from Skanderbeg Square and 41 km from Dajti Ekspres Cable Car. Durres Amphiteatre is 3.5 km from the villa and House of Leaves is 36 km away. I arrived at the apartment and the host was waiting for us. The apartment was very clean, spacious and smelled great. The host was very friendly and answered any questions or inquiries. He helped us secure many locations for food and other things. Everything is available near the apartment: supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the beach is very close. I was very afraid that the pictures on Booking might not be true, but I contacted the host on WhatsApp and he sent me pictures of the apartment. It is indeed perfect, just like the pictures. My children and I will definitely return to it next vacation.

The house is newly renovated and clean. An incredible view of the lake and mountains from the window. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beaches (there are three incredible beaches nearby). But it is worth considering that all beaches are paid (10 euros for one sunbed for the whole day). The nearest supermarket in Ksamil is about 5 km from the hotel.

Anxhelo is so helpful and kind, open to help with anything! You can rent a bike in the hotel and be in the city centre in 5 minutes. I would go back for sure!
