Awesome villa! Khalid and the staff were super kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. We had a one-night stay, and it was truly the most amazing experience — we wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.
The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family or friends. The community was friendly and cozy, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The location is also perfect — close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina, theme parks, and other entertainment and recreational facilities on Yas Island, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring.
We genuinely appreciated the extra care and hospitality shown by Khalid and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved everything — the house was super cute, and having a pool was a real luxury.
Eslam and Hamdi are incredibly kind people.
Hamdi took us everywhere we wanted to go; he really took great care of us and our children. He paid a lot of attention to helping us discover Nubian culture and taste some local culinary specialties.
We wish we could have stayed a few more days, but we’ll definitely come back without hesitation.
The villa was superb- it was spacious and it had everything that we needed for a pleasurable and comfortable stay.
The owner is one of the nicest, kindest and most hospitable people i've ever met.
It was by the Lord's goodness that we found this villa and got to book it on booking.com.
I super recommend this villa and we will definitely be coming back again and again to this awesome place.
The location of the villa is very good. We loved the neighborhood as it was quiet, the people were friendly, and there were many shops and businesses around where we could order what we needed. The villa was very, very clean and spacious; however, there were some major flaws.
Villa Misk is a super place to stay in Aswan. I like the beatiful architecture of the house, the quiet of the room, the large and new bathroom, the common area to dine, the very fast WiFi connection
This is the maid room converted into Villa. Location is h th e back side of the actual villa so this is not a Villa at all. Extra bed and allowed upto 4 adults and two kids.
