The house is incredibly beautiful and has everything one could possibly need, and the location is wonderful too. There's a beautiful lake nearby that's perfect for swimming, and many activities one would like to undertake with kids can be reached within a 45 minute drive. There is a lot of quietude and it's a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

We are so happy with our stay. The house was big, accommodating 4 adults, 4 kids, and even 2 dogs with lots of space for playing and hanging out. The kitchen was fresh and clean and had all the appliances sufficient to cook every day. We had the possibility to borrow the boat and life jackets. Borrow bicycles, which was a great entertainment for the kids and made a fire in the outdoor fireplace every evening to grill marshmallows and tell stories. Krzysztof, the host, was immensely kind and made sure that we had everything we needed. He even left a water bowl and a bad of treats for the dogs. Every detail in this house makes you feel cozy. We highly recommend it!

Lovely and peaceful stay! The villa was clean, beautifully designed with stylish interiors, and well-equipped. The Jacuzzi was a great bonus, and we enjoyed scenic walks in the forest and around the lake. The hosts were kind and helpful, we’d definitely love to come back!

Such an magical, charming house. As the really friendly owner told us, the house is from the 1600th and in the families history from the beginning. We were really in love with the old fireplaces and everything he kept in the house. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the other rooms. And more than enough space for two people. The beds were soft but we did sleep pretty well and cozy. The small village is so lovely placed. Forrest all around and the bigger lakes are just down the road. The owner recommended a small cafe (only open at weekends) in the nearby town, which was really delicious. We did spent some time inside in the evening because of the weather, but felt so cozy in front of the fireplace. The front porch was one of our favorite places to sit and relax. The meadows behind the house are covered with really beautiful old trees. We did enjoy our stay lots. Big thanks to the owner for making the house open for guests, as you maybe don't see such houses often from the inside in this condition these days anymore. If you enjoy nature, old houses and quite places to unwind, that's the place. 🏡

Location was excellent, quiet in the countryside. The house itself was lovely and a bit shabby. Renovation is still an ongoing process. Bathroom was awesome! Kitchen had everything you could have asked for and a bit of extra. It's not too grand place so excellent when travelling with dogs. Wifi worked well after restart. Really enjoyed our 3-day stay. Most likely an even better place in the summer. Warm water with proper pressure too!

A beautiful spot. Quiet, close to a lake. Lots of fresh air and peace and quiet. The host is on site and really helpful. You have access to a boat for trips on the lake and you are surrounded by stunning scenery. There's a sauna and BBQ and well stocked kitchen. It's wonderful for destressing.

Set in Dörarp, 43 km from Store Mosse Nationalpark and 25 km from Bruno Mathsson Center, Björkdahla offers a fitness centre and air conditioning.
