We had a very relaxing stay. The house is excellent, nicely decorated, well equipped, with new fixtures and fittings and very clean. There is a lot of space inside and outside the house, very comfortable. The local area is quiet and safe. Lots of space for parking. The hosts are great. They were very helpful throughout, and they even posted our forgotten belongings. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful experience in this beautifully restored old house that combines the soul of traditional Romanian homes with all the comforts of modern life. The house is spotless, welcoming, and filled with a fresh, lovely scent that creates a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The Pridvor (traditional veranda) is a perfect place to unwind – a true corner of peace and beauty. The location is ideal for exploring the area’s rich heritage. Nearby you’ll find Govora and Horezu Monastery Monastery from a Single Tree, Arnota, and Alina-Marina Monasteries – all peaceful sanctuaries full of positive energy. The region also features unique natural spa pools like Bottomless, Iodine and White-and-Blue, known for their rare therapeutic benefits. You’ll need a few days and a car to truly enjoy it all. The house has everything you could possibly want - great amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved sitting in the outside pagoda in the evening. Location is perfect for taking a rest between tackling the Transalpina and Transfagaran. The host was super kind and helpful. Really good value for money.
