Beautifully restored old chapel on top of a hill overlooking surrounding fields. Very cosy, modern and well equipped perfect for a family stay. Very comfortable beds and high pressure shower. Relaxing outdoors, and stunning night sky view 'perfect spot to watch summer meteor showers. Rui was the perfect host, very attentive and responsive. 5 min drive to the village and yet extremely quiet area.Highly recomend, will come back for sure.

An amazing stay in this authentic village in the middle of the portugese countryside. It is close to Montemoro and Evora and definetly worth the detour! The breakfast was delicious with homemade jams and cakes, and fantastic host

Very true Alentejo house, very tidy and clean, extremely quiet, absolutely no noise at all, felt like I was far away from mankind, loved it. Only the church bell now and then in the morning ( not through the night) with its lovely sound. Will return, absolutely loved everything in this property. and the owner could not be more friendly and accommodating. Absolutely exceptional !!!!

A very special kind of accomodation! Located on top of a hill with stunning 360 degree views, a refreshing pool outside, comfy bedrooms and good working a/c. Self check in is super easy.

We couldn't ask for a more quiet place. The area is peaceful and beautiful, you can only ear the birds singing and the water of the pool. Paula is a fantastic host, really helpful and friendly. You have an external bed, close to the pool, where you can have a fantastic night looking at the stars. Everything was clean and comfortable, we have nothing to point out. We will most likely take this into consideration again.

Oh man, where do I even start? This little traditional house we booked through Booking.com was like a warm hug from Portugal itself – cozy, charming, and stocked with everything you could need for a perfect getaway. Tucked away in a super quiet spot, it was heaven for cycling around the countryside (pro tip: pack your bike, the trails are calling!). The open fire pit? Absolute magic for those chilly evenings! And the sleep? Chef's kiss – the beds were so comfy, we woke up feeling like new people... well, except for that one early morning courtesy of the adorable donkey across the road. His 6am "hello" serenade? Not exactly melodic, but hey, it's all part of the authentic rural charm. We named him Donkey McLoud – cutest neighbor ever! But let's talk about the real star: our host, Carina. She's not just a host; she's a superhero in disguise! She welcomed us with fresh pomegranate and a bottle of wine that set the tone for the whole trip – thoughtful and oh-so-generous. Then, she shared her secret mushroom foraging spot, which sounded like a dream... until our city-slicker selves got the car stuck in the sand. (Note to self: SUVs aren't invincible.) After hours of futile digging and laughing at our own silliness, we sheepishly texted Carina. Without missing a beat, she arranged a 4x4 rescue team to pull us out. They even offered to escort us back, but nope, we declined like overconfident fools and got stuck AGAIN just 100 meters away. Facepalm central! Carina to the rescue once more – she was ready to drive all the way from Lisbon to save us, but luckily some local friends with their own 4x4s stepped in. Her kindness turned what could have been a disaster into a hilarious story we'll tell forever. Carina, if you're reading this, you're an absolute gem – thank you for making us feel like family! We can't wait to return (maybe with our own 4x4 this time).
