Gunnar is a fantastic host! He helped us organize tours and even personally drove us to Kandy. Despite this, we never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell us something—quite the opposite. We had engaging and enjoyable conversations with him. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the rooms look exactly like they do in the pictures. The concept of the open bathroom is beautiful, and even without a mosquito net over the bed in our room, there were no mosquitoes inside. The pool is large, clean, and even has a baby area for small children. Highly recommended!

We had a clean room on the first floor. The hosts were very friendly and cooked us a very tasty rice and curry dinner. The location is very close to Sigiria and Pidurangala, we could get there by foot. Also the hosts dropped us to see sunrise on Pidurangala for free, it was very nice. Thank you for that stay 🙏

Nice little villa for one night stay. Nice and clean. Great place if you're visiting the fortress rock and Pidurangala rock, just minutes away. The hostess also prepared a large breakfast for us that the 3 of us couldn't even finish.

This was our second time staying at this property, and we came back mainly because of their amazing hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and looked after with so much care throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with perfectly working AC and hot water. The host’s mother and father treated us like their own children, such kind and genuine people that we honestly felt sad to leave. And the breakfast… wow! It was one of the highlights, so delicious and generous that it’s hard to even finish everything on your plate! We’ll definitely come back again to experience their wonderful hospitality once more. Wishing them all the best and lots of love until we meet again!
