The rooms are beautiful as shown in the pictures, offering spacious layouts with large balconies and comfortable bathrooms that offer great value for money. The soothing lighting setup enhances relaxation, and the common areas are well monitored with CCTV for added security. The villa's location is perfect, right in the heart of popular attractions. In addition, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

KandyLiving Villa was the best place we stayed at during our trip through Sri Lanka. Sandy and her family are lovely people who made sure we felt very welcome. We were expected with a welcome drink and a tour through her beautiful vegetables and fruit garden. The room was very tidy and looked exactly as beautiful as the pictures. The breakfast was really the best we had in Sri Lanka and we were able to try many delicious local dishes. All in all it was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend to go there.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The location is perfect, surrounded by nature. The food prepared by the owner was delicious, and it made the experience even more special. The house and rooms were spotless and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The property owner Shawn is an excellent guy who guide me through the process since, I made the booking. He went out of the way to personally help me with whatever I needed to stay as comfortable as my own home. He has two lovely boys with pure lovely souls who keeps the place alive.The villa situated with a beautiful green sorounding with a great view of the Kandy mountains.so many colourful little birds withing the vicinity. Also Want to Thank Shawn for giving me the feel of home during my stay. Highly recommended for those who admire nature, peaceful stay with a great host.

The Manor did surprise us when we arrived, based on the cost we did not have any expectation, but once we arrived we were fully in awe of the location and the house. The staff were extremely friendly and professional helping us in all our queries. Will definitely come back.
