The place is very calm, clean and beautiful, super nice garden, I love the lotus pond, the owners are super kind and greeted us with warm welcome, they have welcome drink and brought us the mangoes from their garden, will definitely stay again when go Sri Lanka, 15 minutes from airport, we can ask for the reasonable price transportation.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sun Villa ⭐️♥️ The morning breakfast was fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. There was a great variety and enjoying breakfast in such a calm, relaxing atmosphere made the mornings feel extra special. It was the perfect start to the day. The pool was clean well maintained and incredibly refreshing. It was never crowded which made it ideal for a peaceful swim. The surroundings were serene and comfort and we both loved it.

Regal Rivera Villa is a new concept, bringing comfort and abundant personal space while retaining the usual hotel features. The place is spruced up near and tidy, amenities were of hotel standards, and there is lots of space in the villa, indoors and outdoors. What sets it apart is the service. Do check out the fish therapy tank at the back of the villa for some relaxing therapeutic time with fishes nibbling at your feet. Due to the small number of rooms, we get personalized treatment. The chief butler, Nishanta, picked us from the airport and always provided on-the-dot service. The head chef, Fernando, who previously cooked in the UK whipped excellent Sri Lankan and international dishes. The Sri Lankan breakfast was really really hearty- well done! Lastly, Kesavan the housekeeper always giving his sincere toothy smile is always around just to make our day at Regal more comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed here at the start of travelling around sri lanka, and had to include it on our last few days. The meals provided by laksmi are exceptional. And they are well priced. We couldn't match them anywhere. They are very good hosts and are so happy to share local information about getting around. The prices for accommodation and meals if you need ,can't be matched. If you are travelling on a budget this is value for money and a lot of love in return. Will be spreading the word about Lakshmi Family villas.
