Location was fabulous 🤩 wonderful place, directly at the sea. I had also birthday during our stay and the hotel staff prepared a wonderful dinner right at the sea, with Prosecco and wonderful decoration (it was a surprise: they wrote “Happy Birthday” and my name with little stones - very accurate and with details) and a cake special for me (they need to buy it outside!) It was really a wonderful stay :-)

Kia Ora, I had the pleasure of staying at Sithuka Villa in Bentota, Sri Lanka, during my recent trip from New Zealand, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made my stay unforgettable. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Sri Lankan charm. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every corner of the villa really shows the care and love the hosts have put into creating such a serene haven. One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind or a base to explore the beauty of Bentota, Sithuka Villa is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning in the future. Super well maintained with a perfectly sized pool. The host, Ruansh and House keeper Sirl took extra good care of us during the stay. The rooms were spacious and perfectly sized when boutique ambience. Washroom was also large with very good fittings and a great shower.

We booked the 2 bedroom villa and it was exceptional. Huge rooms with comfortable beds, lovely seating area and pool. Staff were amazing organising and predicting needs before we even had to ask. We loved everything about this property and staff, didn't want to leave. It is a quiet location but it was exactly what we wanted at the end of our travels around Sri Lanka. You will be welcomed by the chef who will talk through menu options and security on site 24hrs.

Great place! The host Isham (and brother) was so kind, friendly and very helpful. Isham took us on a trip, cooked great food and the neighbor even came by and showed us som baby crocodiles. This was a great experience. The house is perfectly located by the river, everything was very clean and the pool is lovely for a swim in the afternoon. We give the best recommendations.

We had the big Villa with an entrance room with a wash basin and tea/coffee making facilities. The main bedroom with the very comfortable big bed was equipment with airconditioning. The large bathroom has an outdoor shower which we enjoyed. All modern and well looked after. All that in a rural setting just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Thank you to Dilan who made our stay very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Sri villas. We stayed there for 2 nights and the service was above and beyond. They even prepared a nice romantic dinner on the beach for our honeymoon. Food was also very decent, highly recommended!

The place is lovely with only 3 villas among the jungles. It’s nice to have breakfast among nature. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. And I liked the design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi was excellent. It’s around 6-7 minutes walking to the ocean.

The property is a beautiful villa providing luxury and seclusion while being right on the beach. The pool and the garden area was also amazing. The entire team including Meu, Hasitha, Tushar took great care of us. Food menu was selective but the chef prepared all the items wonderfully. Must visit if you are looking for a peaceful and curated stay.

We absolutely loved staying at Sri Villas. The staff were all really lovely and couldn't do enough to help. The chef is amazing, we had some of our nicest meals here. The rooms are big with gorgeous bathrooms and even better views. It was the comfiest bed we had too. We will definitely be back.

The villa overall is absolutely gorgeous. Looking right out onto the beach and the villa is so lovely and tropical modern in its design and aesthetic. There are two villas, one each side of a fabulous pool in the middle. The chef was amazing with incredible food and service, we were on full board which we highly recommend - once you arrive it’s very hard to leave. The caretaker, groundsmen and security were all fantastic. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation.
