We’re so glad we chose this home instead of a hotel. The house was spacious and relaxing, perfect for our group with small children. We could spend time comfortably without worrying about noise or space. Although it’s a private rental, it has official hotel licensing, so we felt very secure. Everything was clean and well-prepared. Our kids loved the themed rooms and enjoyed picking their favorite each night. The rooftop terrace with a view of the illuminated Tokyo Skytree was a highlight for the adults — peaceful and memorable. The area was quiet and local, but it was easy to reach major attractions. There were also lots of great restaurants, a sento (public bath), and convenience stores nearby. Family-friendly items like a free stroller, kids’ cutlery, and step stools made a big difference. We could really relax like at home. If you want both the reliability of a hotel and the comfort of a home, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

Great location in a quiet area. Train station was a 10 minute walk with convenience stores, super markets and drug stores all within a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room for 4 of us and the water pressure in the shower was great. Would stay here again

Completely new beautifully designed home. The hosts really thought every detail through! We were a group of 4 (one couple and two friends) and it was a perfect choice. Subway is just around the corner as well as express line. There’s a super cute terrace to enjoy your morning coffee, nice coffee machine, all kinds of kitchen utensils, comfortable beds. We were served a nice breakfast (can choose between western and Japanese) and felt fully taken care of! Very personalized experience! The host even speaks German 🙂

We had a truly wonderful time in Tokyo! The room was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully prepared. The bed was extremely comfortable — I have back pain, but the mattress had just the right firmness and gave me a great night’s sleep. The entire environment was quiet and cozy, and we all slept very well. Our host, Ms Lan, was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We arrived quite late, and she even came to pick us up at the station — we were truly touched by her kindness. The location of the accommodation was also very convenient and easy to access. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tokyo! We would definitely like to come back again!

Excellent, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation. The host was very friendly and helpful. We came for a karate competition and wanted to monitor our athlete's weight before the event. When we asked if there might be a scale available at the accommodation, the host sent us a brand-new one by courier the very next day. This gesture speaks volumes about their kindness. We are truly grateful. It helped us win a bronze medal at the World Championship.

The location was in a quiet area, not too far from Shinjuku, and only 5 minutes from a local subway station so it was very easy to get around the whole of Tokyo. To find a place with two toilets and two bathrooms in this location was rare and a bonus, and very convenient. It was close to several famous convenience stores (konbini), drug stores, McDonalds, and also close to a beautiful park and Starbucks. The kitchen was well stocked with things to use, and it was lovely to also have a laundry. The owner was always very attentive when I asked questions, and always responded politely and quickly. I left an important item behind by mistake, and the owner contacted me after check out to let me know, and went out of his way to ensure the item was sent to me at my next accommodation in Osaka, which was so very helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking at this for an option.

On the first day of my stay, two flights were cancelled due to the typhoon and the owners were kind enough to cancel the first day of my stay so that I did not suffer any further financial loss. The rooms are clean and well equipped and there are lots of cheap supermarkets on on weekends, which is a great experience.
