Lovely little home! Super clean and welcoming. Easy access with code. Very homely and cosy. Bright and cute front room with a comfy couch. Great shower wet room and ac in bedrooms to keep you warm / cool. Parking space outside the front door was ideal ☀️ Location worked great for us between Yokohama and Hakone by car.

Moon Hakone was one of my favourite places on my travels throughout Japan. Just far enough out of the city to feel in utter bliss. The sauna and tub are a great way to start the day along with the camp fire on a still evening. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the hosts are very communicative and helpful. What a beautiful property! The decorations were tasteful, the lighting was cosy, everything was so clean... it felt like we were staying in a cosy and modern home away from home. The appliances were top notch - from washer/dryer to microwave to even the hair dryer! - and easy to use with very detailed and useful instructions left by the hosts. Perfect for our family's stay and we even managed to park our 5-seater car in the garage. The next time we come back to Kamakura we would definitely stay here again!!!
