The apartment is in a good location in the upper part of town, close to bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. The space is small, so don’t expect anything grand, but it’s used efficiently. In the room, you’ll find a coffee machine, kettle, even a fridge and a small table where you can prepare a light breakfast. It’s equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV, Wi-Fi. There’s also a tiny balcony. The bathroom is small but sufficient — it even has a hairdryer. Everything is very clean. I appreciated the sweet treats and bottle of water left in the room. The host absolutely charmed us — she’s very helpful and easy to communicate with, always ready to offer tips and assistance. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in Scilla — which tends to be pricey — this is a solid choice.

Location: Situated in Chianalea, the most atmospheric part of Scilla. Parking nearby at the marina. A fifteen minute flat walk from the train station. 10 minute flat walk to the beach area and 5 minutes to pretty restaurants set over the sea and quiet wine bars in Chianalea. Room: Very clean and quite spacious with a little balcony where I could sit. I could even see and hear the sea from my bed (which was very comfortable, with good quality bedding). Air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was powerful with constant hot water. The hosts: Cosima and Michele were such a lovely couple and very kind. Cosima does not speak English, but managed with Google translate. Michele speaks some English and I enjoyed chatting to him at breakfast, which is served on their roof terrace, which has magnificent views over the bay.

Amazing atmosphere in a small coastal village, with the beach just a stone’s throw away and plenty of local shops nearby (a bakery, pastry shop, focacceria, grocery stores, etc.). There’s also a children’s playground close by. If you want to calm your mind in a peaceful, nature-filled place, I highly recommend it!

Beautiful view of the ocean and Sicily, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The apartment was so well decorated and in a quiet location. Our host was extremely helpful and hospitable, she answered all questions promptly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were treated kindly and made to feel so welcome. We loved this house! Situated right on the beach, and it is good beach, where you can swim. You can see the lights of Sicily and Kalabria in the evening, beautiful! Paolo is a great host, in the house you can find everything you can even imagine that you need. No problems to find the place, and open, we had all instructions. And for us - what was perfect - parking, it was right near the door, after our trip to the places where you leave the car and go to the historic center to sleep this opportunity was a relax for us!
