The house is new or newly renovated, perched on a cliff with a view of the vast sea and town below. It is what beautiful imaginations are made of 😊 We enjoyed the space, facilities and most of all, the lounge / terrace where we enjoyed relaxing breakfasts. And oh! I love the garden. It has lantana camara and carnations (my favourite flowers), among many others. Herbs and veggies too. Maria is an amazing hostess who, along with her sister, put their heart and soul into every detail of the house. She also has an extensive list of helpful information around the Amalfi Coast. There is a bus stop to Positano 164 steep steps/stairs below, which, once you get used to it, is very convenient. There are a couple of mini markets few meters after the bus stop. If you are looking for an authentic feel of the region, yet not far from the main touristic areas, this is a perfect place to stay and have your own space (and view! 😍). Praiano is between Positano and Amalfi.

First of all, what an amazing view!!! Absolutely incredible. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we required for our trip. We loved the location, it’s in Praiano which is quieter than Positano and it was relatively easy to access the property unlike many others which have many steps. The property is close to the bus stop that can take you to the Amalfi or Praiano which was convenient for us.

A house tucked away up in the mountain above Praiano with beautiful views over the ocean and towards Positano, house is great, the outdoor terrace offers the best view over the area, Matteo is a kind and thoughtful host and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We did not bring food the first night and Matteo had already placed local produce on the kitchen table ( tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, lemons! ) We hiked up the path of gods trail from Praiano to reach the house and his brother met us half way with his horse and helped us out with luggages, the path of gods trail is beautiful and you will encounter donkeys and goats with bells on the way and views to a beautiful convent. Once you reach the house you will immidietly see the beauty and peacefullness of this place and the view it has to offer from the terrace, i will never forget observing the coastline in the night with boats on the water, the light emissions from positano and the mysterious convent in the hills with churchbells ringin in the still ambience every quarter.

If you are looking for an authentic feel of the region, yet not far from the main touristic areas, this is a perfect place to stay and have your own space (and view! 😍). Praiano is between Positano and Amalfi.

Large villa with two separate apartments, one for two, one for four people. Nice little pool, which was great after a day out. The pool was cleaned every day. Air-conditioning in every bedroom, worked perfectly. Stunning views from the terraces, many seating options outside. Always quiet. Everything very clean, kitchen well equipped. Nicola is very professional, always available and ready to help. He organized transfer from Naples for us which worked very well.

We loved the Villa and we will long remember it stay here. Nestled high above the Amalfi Coast, the views are spectacular from every room. One can sit in the small pool and enjoy a spritz and watch the boats go past. Our hostess Grazia was very attentive to all our needs and very welcoming. We were here with our children and grandchildren and the Villa was very spacious and comfortable. We dined in and dined out as we saw fit.

the view was amazing! can’t be beat. you could see the cove with the boats, the ocean, mountains and other villas.
