A clean, simple and quaint apartment with a beautiful view. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating to our requests. It was great to have a small kitchen and a washing machine. After staying on the other side of Positano, this was a welcome relief from walking up and down stairs. I highly recommend this property.

A 2-night stay in end of october. The house is very cosy and located pretty high up in Positano and the view from the house and especially the roof terrace is fantastic. After first spending some nights in hectic Rome, we wished that we had spent more time here instead. Two adults and three kids, everyone loved it. At this time of the year it was comfortable temperatures (~20-21 deg C) when the sun is up, a bit chillier in the evenings. About the same weather as late August in northern Europe. Based on how Positano is located, the major parts of the town (this house included) gets morning sun but no evening sun. We enjoyed both sunny breakfasts and very cosy evenings on the roof. When I booked, I got the impression that the house is located close to the beach, and distance-wise it is actually not that far, but to get to the house there are about 600 steps from the beach level up to the house so if you have problems with stairs then Positano in general and this accommodation in particular might not be for you. There is a local bus that stops right outside the house, which might be worth considering if you have a lot of luggage or are tired in your legs. (€1.80 if you buy your ticket onboard, €1.30 if bought in advance. Ticket is required also for big luggage.). Eating out in Positano is pretty expensive, but there is a pretty well-equipped kitchen in the house. If you plan on cooking some of your meals in the house to make your travel budget last longer, then maybe it is worth considering buying some of your groceries and stuff in e.g. Napoli instead if you have space for it, since the selection in the grocery store is a bit limited and expensive.

Everything was Fabulous! Connie the host was exceptional! She made sure we had a transfer to our villa. She had constant communication. The villa was very clean. It over looked a spectacular view. The grounds was gorgeous. We loved the little elevator lift to your unit. Nice touch. We highly recommend. Even when we were leaving to head back to Rome airport. Her driver Risario was phenomenal. Great service and stay. I highly recommend this villa!
