I couldn't have wished for a better place to end my vacation in Tuscany. Francesco and his family's hospitality was exceptional, and the accommodation itself was simply wonderful. I received tips for restaurants and cafés in Pontassieve, as well as recommendations to take the train to Florence instead of driving my rental car, and I was even allowed to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden. Thank you again for everything.

It's a fantastic place to relax in nature near Florence. The hills of Tuscany await you on foot or by bike. It is also very convenient for relaxing with a dog. The house is big, there is a lot of free space. It is very convenient that there are two bathrooms if there is a large family or company. A very large common room with a fireplace. For the cold season, there is a boiler for heating. The kitchen is equipped in such a way that there is enough of everything for cooking. The hosts Fulvio and Laura are extremely friendly and ready to help in any matter. It was very nice to see fresh fruit and wine as gifts, as well as fantastic Italian hot pasta prepared by Laura. The car is parked right next to the house, which solves many problems. Even the road to Florence is very picturesque and easy, like a tourist excursion. Very nice apartments, worth staying there.

A big traditional family house in the hills close to Florence. A car is necessary, but the location is worth it. Very nice and helpful hosts. Cookies and home wine were on the table for us when we arrived. Home made olive oil came later. The whole family is involved and ensures that the guests have everything they need. Lots of cooking utensils, and a brand new microwave oven. A very good choice, we were happy to stay there. Easy communication, Samuele speaks English. Grazie ancora a Samuele e tutta la famiglia!

Everything! Beautiful villa in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. The large 1 bedroom apartment is part of a family home, but it feels like you are the only people there. Very stylish and modern accommodation, in a rustic , charming, peaceful and relaxing setting. Great outdoors areas. We stayed for 5 nights and it was hard to leave. Close to Florence by car or train. Two good coop supermarkets close by. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommend:)

The room we got was like an apartment on the second floor of the villa, with an amazing bathroom, luxury. It had 3 windows overlooking the hills, with cypress, very beautiful. At arrival, the reception offered us a glas of their chianti classico wine. The staff was very kind and gave us a free quick visit of their garden and terrazzo with breathtaking view.

Amazing home!! This is a must for couples visiting in the Tuscany area. Very clean, close to the centre and local supermarkets,coffees etc. Giovanna was lovely. We were communicating via WhatsApp beforehand and she was very helpful and replied instantly to my messages. The home did not lack anything! We are definitely booking it again on our next visit!
