The couple who own the house are very responsive, helpful and understanding! The house is super clean and has all possible amenities (oven, refrigerator, washing machine, detergents and much more! The view is amazing - you can see the whole city, the sea and more! I highly recommend it! Thank you to these wonderful people for making our vacation perfect!

Our second stay at Neocastrum . Fabulous location on a citrus farm So peaceful and quiet and immersed in nature . Lovely little balcony for your morning coffee . In the sunshine with views to the mountains Lovely property with well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom and bedroom . Really comfortable bed which is a big bonus when you're travelling. Extremely generous hosts who leave lots of their own produce for you to taste. Innocenza even remembered we are vegan and provided delicious Calabrian soup and dolci for our arrival . Pasquale the owner is very kind, informative and makes you feel most welcome. The accommodation is like a home from home with many unexpected extras like a bottle of wine, oranges, bottles of water, etc. It was lovely to sit outside in the morning in the early sun with a coffee. Also included vouchers for breakfast at a local cafe with fantastic croissants and coffee.

We spent realy great holiday here. The place is great for its location. 25 min to Tyrheninan see, 45 min to Ionian see and 25 min from Lamezia Therme airport. We rent a car and spent one week by driving and exploring really beautifull Calabria region. Small beaches close to Tropea are amazing with almost no people. Generally the sea in a "Costa degli dei" is beautifull. The house is located in a montains (700 m above see) which is great in the hot summer with average temperature 5°C less than in a coast, which is really comfortable especially in the evenings. The house was well maintained, really beautiful with great atmosphere. Special thanks to Giuseppe (owner of the house) who is 24/7 available. No issues with any requests, even I did not speak Italian. We received many advices and recomendations from him in regards what to visit, interesting places, etc... We really spent great family holiday here which we will remember for long time.

I wish I could keep this place a hidden gem! It was way better than we expected! It is a big house with a wrap around terrace on huge olive farm. I wish I could live in this house, our young daughter absolutely loved playing in the yard. It is so peaceful and relaxing! Just perfect! Thank you so much Andrea for being the perfect Host!
