Tiziano, the host was really kind and understanding. We reached the location almost midnight because of our rerouted flights and lost luggage. But he was gracious to just wait for us even if he didn't have to just to make sure we were able to check in properly. He gave us clear instructions via Whatsapp on how to get to and enter the locations. He greeted us with a smile which was very welcoming considering what we had just experienced. He walked us thru the house and facilities. The house was super clean and homey and super spacious. There were more than enough beds for us. it had all the necessities you would need in a house, plus good wifi. The kitchen and utensils were more than complete. It had a lovely garden and parking is secure for the car we rented. it was a good and quiet residential neighborhood with walking distance to the train station if your planning to go to Venice. Place is highly recommended and i would stay here again!
