Dream Holiday is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Everything is decorated with great attention to detail, making you feel right at home. The location is excellent – close to major attractions, yet in a quiet area. The hosts are very kind and helpful, always ready to provide any information and support. I definitely recommend Dream Holiday to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I will surely stay here again at the next opportunity!

The Apartment is really nice, clean, well kept and looked after. Host really nice and accomodating he let us leave our luggage. Location very good literally one minute walk to the train station. Basic supermarket a few minutes walk away. Lakeside and ferry 5 minutes walk. Great base to explore Lake Como. Restaurants, bars and takeaways all in walking distance. Great to have outside space after a busy day. Varenna and Lake Como particularly nice early in a morning and on an evening. My advice if you are visiting in August get up and early before people arrive in large numbers via train from Milan.

Everything was so nice. Alfina is the best host possible. She made our stay a perfect experience. Since it was our honeymoon, she even had a surprise cake (so good) and a prosecco bottle prepared for us. If that wasn't enough, she fully stocked the fridge with a lot of good food that helped us a lot for our breakfasts. The apartment is very cozy and with the perfect temperature. Since our stay was in December, with a very cold weather, we found a warm and comfortable environment for relaxing and having a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful Varenna and the other locations in Lake di Como. We highly recommend staying in I Tre Oleandri if you come to visit this beautiful part of Italy. Grazie mille, Alfina!

Perfect apartment!! This brand new apartment is located on a beautiful, historic street. The owner was incredibly accommodating and met us on very short notice at 8:00 PM to show us the place. It's very spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room. The apartment has four air conditioning units and is fully equipped with everything a traveler could need. A great grocery store is also conveniently located nearby. We stayed for two nights with our child, and it was absolutely perfect for our family.

The view from Villa gli Ulivi was quite simply stunning and spectacular. We watched the many moods from Lake Como from the balcony mesmerised. Silvia and her husband were great hosts. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the train to the Villa then ferried us back to the train themselves when it was time to leave. They were responsive to any message we sent and great hosts. It is up a hill from the train station and I would not suggest trying to take luggage up the hill walking. We would walk into town and then we caught the D21 bus or walked back up, walk down in about 15mins, walk up is a bit longer but take breaks and it’s ok. Or you can taxi for 15 euro. The property has a lovely garden, well equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. After moving around Italy it was nice to sit and watch the sunsets on the balcony.

Our stay at Villa Gli Ulivi was just perfect. The location overlooking the lake was awesome. Our fatigue just disappeared as soon as we stepped onto the balcony of the living room. We had a big group of 13 people but the accommodation was sufficient. The kitchen had all the required kitchenware. The hosts were very friendly. They had even kept a bottle of wine for us as a welcome drink. If you want a peaceful, relaxed stay of 3-4 days near lake como, then this a very good place. The ferry point is 8-10 min walk by stairs and 20-25 minutes by road. Plus the town itself has such a beautiful lakefront with restaurants. Great stay. Would definitely come back if any trip materializes.
