The apartment is very beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, with 2 beautiful terraces! The location is is okay for someone with a car. There were no problem with parking the car. The host is communicative and friendly. In this accomodation everyone can just ease the mind and have some rest. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm. Everything is as in the photos. We were travelling in 6 and there were more than enough place for all of us :) I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Orti29 was great. Cristian, the host, is incredibly kind and helpful, he always responded in a matter of minutes and gave all the information that we needed. We also got a list of great recommended restaurants from him. As for the place itself, it’s very clean, has lots of amenities, it’s nicely decorated and comfortable. The neighbourhood is nice, quiet at night, and feels very safe. Definitely the best option for a stay in Bologna, I can only recommend. Thank you for having us, we hope to come back someday.

I recently stayed at the Minimal Chic House and had an exceptional experience. The host was incredibly nice and attentive, making sure that all of my needs were met. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a stylish design, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. It was equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to the airport, a short walking distance to the city center, and a nearby bus stop. The apartment was surrounded by greenery, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend the Minimal Chic House to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city.
