Sonila was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay, answering questions about public transport, eating options etc quickly and clearly. She even took time to meet us and explain things when we first arrived - what a lovely warm person she is. Our room was spacious, clean and warm. The en suite had a lovely new shower. Perfect. The communal kitchen with tea coffee options, cereals and Sonila's delicious home made cake is a great idea, and we were able to leave our bags after check out, then grab a coffee before heading to the airport. Overall, a great place to stay and we would do so again if we come back to Bergamo. There is a bus stop outside to take you up to the Citta Alta, and "lower" Bergamo's attractions are a short walk away.

Emy has thought of everything there were lots of small touches which made the accommodation feel homely and welcoming including tea and coffee. I highly recommend recommend Emy's flat . Everything you need is there and the flat is very clean. Emy is a fantastic hostess who is always ready to help and give tips. She always replies very quickly. The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the heart of the city centre. Perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara's apartment. It is located in a central area of Bergamo, yet very quiet as it doesn't face the street. The neighborhood is lively, with restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is new, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. Barbara was there to welcome us upon arrival — very kind and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!
