Spacious and unique place! The owner is extremely friendly, helpful, flexible, and communicated clearly in English. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good repair and the bedrooms are cozy. It's nice having a four-floor layout so we could all spread out or gather as desired. The town was very peaceful in late fall and there’s a bakery, grocery store, bar, and cafes within a 5 minute walk from the house.

Location was just outside a very quaint old village of San' Angelo with outstanding views of surrounding countryside with great trattorias in the village just a short walk to the village. The large backyard had nice seating areas to enjoy the olive gardens and the views. While the booking was without breakfasts, the host provided ample treats and the apartment was fully equipped with coffee maker, as well as full set of kitchen ware to cook anything. With prior communication, check in was right on time and the host and her father were very kind and helpful. We were very pleased to use this accommodation to explore this area of Tuscany, with easy access to Montalcino and Montepulciano.

It was a lovely little cottage with a balcony that had lovely views over a very pretty town. The host was really helpful and prompt with an answer whenever we messaged with questions. There were 6 of us staying, and so even though there were 2 of us in the sofabeds, there was still ample space for everyone.
