What a lovely place! The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. The villa, recently renovated, is a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. We were welcomed to make coffee and tea and even prepare breakfast in the guest kitchen, which was a greatly appreciated. Gaby is an amazing host.

Our stay at the villa was more than wonderful! The place is peaceful, extremely clean and cozy, and the atmosphere – perfect for rest and relaxation. Everything was well maintained and carefully prepared to make us feel comfortable. The owners are extremely kind and hospitable – from the moment we arrived they welcomed us with a smile and care. This property is amazing. The two villa houses we took are in huge grounds, which were deep green even though it was 36 degrees and very dry. The swimming pool is very good and clean. The property has staff gardening, cleaning and keeping it all looking smart and attractive. All rooms have individual air-con which is very controllable. Our host met us on arrival and showed us around. A large box of salad and vegetables greeted us in the house. The house and kitchen are well equipped. The whole family were so friendly. They fired up the barbeque for us on the two occasions we used it. More salad and veg arrived. So helpful. We had planned to have loads of days out visiting nearby places. In the end we stayed mostly at the villa as it was so relaxing and easy. There is a good (Conad) supermarket about 3-4 miles away. Arezzo is about 15 minutes by car. Parking is 5 euros for all day.
