Beautiful property. Well maintained. If you are with elderly family, just have to remember that there are quite a few stairs to to get to your room. In house breakfast was amazing as well.

We rented one of the 3 bedroomed apartments - ground floor of the big house – for 4 weeks. Property was very comfortable and spacious with fans and AC in all the bedrooms. We had a lovely balcony looking out onto the lush, green garden. Plenty of birdlife to spot. Beds were really comfortable and we all slept really well. We had 3 bathrooms with excellent showers. The properties are set in a safe and secure compound near the family home – set back from the road. Quiet and secluded. We have holidayed in this area before and this property is very well located. A 5 minute walk to Palolem beach and 10-15 minutes to Patnem beach. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and some small local shops nearby. We recommend the family run Kashish café for breakfast, lunch or dinner – it is a 2 minute walk from the property. Its a short auto-rickshaw ride into Chaudi - a busy little town with a great fruit and veg market on Saturday mornings. Our hosts, Prakesh, his wife Pooja and daughter Priya were very friendly and helpful. Prakesh advised us on local attractions, where to get what we wanted and arranged taxis at our request. He will also organise rental of scooters or push-bikes. We booked the property a few months in advance via Priya. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Priya’s English is very good and she is really helpful and reliable. We had a fantastic holiday staying at this property and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you to Prakesh, Pooja and Priya for looking after us so well.

It was a really nice pretty little cosy cottage under the stars! The service was really good and the restaurant ‘Black Crab’ on the property provided us with delicious food and really good room service.

One of the best homestays I’ve ever experienced—truly a home away from home. The place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Mr. Joseph is an exceptionally kind and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen, washing machine, TV with internet, refrigerator, supermarket at 1 min walk and dedicated car parking made the stay incredibly convenient. I was especially grateful that he kindly allowed me to charge my EV Car overnight at no extra cost. I can’t thank Mr. Joseph enough for his hospitality. A wonderful stay and a highly recommended host!

A place where you feel in heaven. I have traveled to many places in the world and this is definitely one of the most beautiful I have been to. The hotel grounds are huge and full of fruit trees such as mangoes and coconuts. The pickets are clean and new. The pool is perfect.
