My partner and I absolutely loved our stay. When we arrived in the evening, all the lights were on in every room, which made the house feel alive, warm, and incredibly cosy. It was such a magical welcome. The house was nicely heated, and we were delighted to find butter and scones waiting for us, which we enjoyed straight away. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need: plenty of utensils, cups, pots, and a beautiful range cooker with multiple gas rings. There were also various groceries and sauces in the cupboard, though we didn’t need them as we brought our own food. The bedrooms were spotless, with fresh-smelling sheets and towels, and little vases of freshly picked flowers and mint from the garden added such a thoughtful touch throughout the house. The surroundings were mesmerising, with sheep and cattle in the neighbouring fields. We went on some lovely walks, but honestly, we enjoyed the cosiness and quaint charm of the house most of all. Communication was excellent. We were sent all the information we needed and encouraged to get in touch if anything came up. We truly had a wonderful time and would happily stay again! It genuinely felt like home from the moment we walked in. A big thank you to Eóin and his partner for the wonderful experience and for opening their home to us.

The location was perfect for my trip. The house had everything I needed and was a great place for my dog. The hosts had the heating on for my arrival which made it very welcoming and cosy. The area offered nice walks and was pet friendly which is great to find. Myself and my dog loved our stay here and would highly recommend the place.

The views alone were beautiful, then you step inside and the cottage was so lovely and absolutely spotless, there was a fantastic outside space to hang out, my kids and myself had a great time and want to go back for a longer stay and Sinead was so friendly and so helpful with directions and advice on where to eat and how to get to the shops. I couldn't recommend it more and will be returning.

We absolutely loved the cottage, cosy by name cosy by nature, what a gem. The decor was a mixture of new and old. Loved the patio doors looking out onto the yard and scenery, made the room light and airy. The mature gardens were lovely. The welcome package was very much appreciated, the host thought of everything we would need on arrival.
