Excellent property throughout, well maintained and plenty of space (even if six people staying). Location is really good for visiting Achill, Newport, Westport and all round Nephin Beg Range. View over Clew Bay to Croagh Patrick, from the living room is exceptional!!! We would certainly return, as we still have a good number of the excellent restaurants nearby to visit.

Beautiful house in a quiet, peaceful spot, just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The place had everything we needed, and the views around the house were absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The home was in an amazing location, looking out over the water! It was walking distance to a lovely pub where everyone was so friendly and also had delicious food. It also had a petrol station nearby if we forgot anything. The area was quiet yet so close to the beach and all the facilities the island has to offer. The owner was so kind and helpful throughout our stay which was amazing. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience in Achill, we will be back!

Beautiful location with wonderful views of Clew Bay. Very peaceful and the cottage was well kitted out and comfortable. We had a warm welcome from Breda, the property manager who was very helpful.

This is a great property. Spacious. It is located on a busy street during the day, but at night it quieted down with the odd car/people heading home from the pub. Parking on the street right in front of the accommodation was not an issue at all, you do have to pay for parking but the meters are right near the building. The location is excellent. A 10 minute walk to the octagon, which includes walking past shops, grocery stores, multiple pubs. The kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, living room - all very clean. You can feel the host has pride in the location and its staging. I did stay in multiple nights to eat/cook and the kitchen is large, lots of room to make a meal, and there is a washing machine which was so great to have access to. The main room is super comfortable if you do decide to stay in and have a glass or two and watch TV. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedroom i was in was large, simply decorated but elegant. Initial access to the building was no issue at all, the host even popped by to say hi and drop off a snack, which was so kind! A great place, especially if you are spending a bit more time in Westport/the general area and have time to make yourself at home. The accommodation is a great place to base out of. I loved the space, the location and the town. I would stay again, this place was so comfortable, it felt like home away from home.
