The communication with property Manager Acok was great. The villa is beautiful and very close to the Bengsal port, which is a gateway to Gili Islands and Bali. Overall, great stay:)

We loved our stay in the villa. Because of personal circumstances we stayed for two weeks with a newborn as well. We even extended our stay with a couple of days. The villa has all the amenities to make it comfortable, including AC. The swimming pool was amazing. The caretakers were always there to help us, making delicious breakfast or bringing us groceries. The swimming pool is amazing. It’s also a good place to explore Lombok from with daily trips.

Recently stayed at Lasai Villas on Gili Air at the 4-room Villa. The villas are brand new, super spacious and luxurious, with a large private pool, a fully furnished kitchen, a big garden and a second floor terrace to enjoy the sunset. But what truly impressed us was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and organizing excursions and activities around the island. They offer exceptional value. Definitely, we will be back!!!

It Was Great! The villa/spacious room was awesome, with a large porch and of course a private pool. It was truly private, no neighbours that could peek, and you even have a water machine with hot and cold water. Ardi was the guy who would go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and he made absolutely sure we did not lack anything. He is super kind and helpful and even helped us by bringing us to the harbour at night with our insanely heavy backpacks but actually he tried to help us with everything we needed. His female colleague was this kind and helpful too! Also with Ardi I was having contact before our stay and he replied very quickly and again very friendly and helping. We are very thankful. Would recommend this place to everyone and we would surely come back. Staff is so so lovely. Also handy: you dont need ear plugs as the mosque is far away enought to not wake you up in the early morning.

Villa Tokay was a fantastic stay with top-notch facilities, including a lovely pool, spacious terrace, and free bikes for exploring the island. I liked everything! the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, the exterior was very beautiful and peaceful with a wonderful pool, and the host was super friendly and very helpful, she made sure we had everything we needed and gave us good tips where to go. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast it’s very good too. We couldn't recommend it more. When I return to Gili Air I hope to stay there again.
