Amazing location right on the beach. A fence and some shrubbery separate the property from the public beach which can get quite crowded during the summer. Lovely house. There is a central space with kitchen, dining table and living area (sofa, club table, TV); one separate bedroom with toilet ensuite; a gallery as a second bedroom (no door, but separate from the rest of the house); and a bathroom with a shower. The house is well insulated and we did not need the AC, although there is one. There are several (at least three) sitting areas around the house, and at least one of them is in the cool shade at any point during the day. The hosts were very friendly, offering to help if we needed anything.

The location was really isolated towards the top of the hills as part of a small hamlet. The views and quiet were outstanding. The nights were so clear the stargazing was amazing and because of the isolation it was lovely to sleep with windows open listen to nature. Despite its isolated location the nearest village was only 6 min drive away. Split was about 60min away. House The house was really well presented with everything we needed and plenty of space. Would have loved to stay longer to explore the trails and walks of the area. Having the pool was lovely and a perfect size to dip in and cool down.

Great place for a family vacation. Wonderful and helpful host Niko. Especially liked that the apartment had three floors (the top floor was a terrace) and so it was possible to relax even while the child was playing))) There were all the necessary kitchen utensils and outside the window there was a beautiful view of the sea. There are two stores, and a few cafes within 3-5 minutes walk. A pleasant surprise was that on the day of arrival we unexpectedly got to the local holiday for all residents and tourists, with live music and free treats in the form of fried freshly caught fish (for all the rest of the days of such delicious fish we never tasted again, and not because it was free)))) And of course - the amazing sea.

Villa Divna is an outstanding villa with a pool, with everything you can possibly need and a spectacular view. The host is very friendly and helpful. It is close to Podgora, only 5 minutes by car and Tucepi, 10 minutes - both are lovely seaside towns. This is our second visit to Villa Divna and we can't wait to return!

Ana was very communicative, and her aunt and uncle warmly greeted us upon arrival. Her aunt and uncle were absolutely wonderful. The house is lovely and spacious. It is located in a small village, which was perfect for us. The beach is a five minute walk away, and it is great for the children to spot the fish in the water with their goggles. The locals were also very friendly; we were looking for the house of our great-grandfather in the next village, and they helped us with their fantastic English translation into Croatian. The whole place is so lovely and peaceful.

Close to the beach, nice shady garden and the grill was amazing to have. Aircon was in every room. They also have a nice selection of books in Croatian, German and English. Was funny to see the book I started back home and forgot to bring.
