It was all amazing!! The stunning view over Vathi bay was breathtaking. The lovely authentic design and interior of the house. The feel of being in a spacious home where you could just go and live for months. The well equipped kitchen with a lot of basic ingredients for cooking. The high quality of the outdoor furniture. The fact that there are two terraces on each side of the house, so you always have a place to sit in the shades and can choose to loose yourself in the view of the bay or get some cozy privacy in the idyllic green back garden. The amazing swimming pool with outdoor shower which you can access through all the bedrooms and also from outside. The fruit trees and butterflies in the garden and the roaster that wakes you up in the morning to watch the beautiful village come alive from the balcony. And last but not least the sweet host Anna who made us feel welcome.

Fantastic! An extraordinary experience indeed. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures—very design but not too much. Everything is brand new and in perfect condition, equipped with every little thing you might need on vacation. The layout of the rooms is excellent, providing great comfort. The French balconies add a special charm to the apartment, offering a breathtaking view that’s exactly what you need when you open your eyes in the morning. Agatha welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home immediately! Exploring Ithaca with her tips was easy and carefree, making our trip unforgettable. The proximity to the Polis beach and Stavros is also a huge advantage for anyone seeking a quality vacation. With such a great experience, the island’s beauty, and the kindness of the people, we will definitely be returning to Ithaca soon.

This was the perfect little haven for my partner and I. The property was modern, well looked after and they really had thought of every detail!! Fresh bread, olive oil, etc on arrival was a lovely touch. The place was extremely clean and they serviced the villa regularly!! The location was superb - close to a small village with restaurants and cafes. I would like to also mention that the owner went above and beyond for us on our last night (where we misplaced our key). We cannot rave about this place enough and will definitely be back!!

astonishing position, on the top of the island, surrounded by nature and silence. a very conforbatable house, clean and perfectly equipped. we never suffered the hot weather because of our position. swimming pool. and most of all such fantastic hosts, Aki and Zoe, we 've been immediately friends.

This place is beautiful. So wonderfully presented, everything you need, amazing views from a wonderful terrace, quiet, cosy, great location for accessing Kioni. Fantastic hosts. We were able to get in last minute when our initial accommodation turned out to be terrible, and this was a little piece of heaven. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Ithaca.

We rented 3 units in the property which perfectly accommodated our extended family The property is beautiful, very comfortable and well planned with lots of storage space The outdoor space was very comfortable Olivea is in a great location a few minutes walk into Stavro village which has several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. A 10 minute walk to the beautiful Poli beach The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, checking in with us regularly to ensure we were comfortable

Was on the island for a friend’s wedding, and after speaking to some of my other friends / guests it was clear that our accommodation was one of the best in both location, facilities and aesthetic. They say Stavros is the balcony of Ithica, and the view from our villa perfectly captured this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pilikas Villas and would definitely stay here again. The villas are very private in a beautiful, peaceful location and the outdoor private pool area is amazing. We didn't want to leave the pool! The host Diana is absolutely lovely and is always readily available if you need anything.
