We adored the proximity to the beach. Litteraly in front of the house. Our group both liked bigger waves and the stiller water and both options were right in front of the door. We stayed one week and we tried almost every restaurant on the street and our favorite was really Captain Loizos ! The staff was so kind and so happy to see us, which gave it an even better vacation feeling. Dimitrios was also so attentive and would have been there directly if we would have needed anything ! So great :) The bus #18 from the airport/ fira drops you off almost in front of the house (200m). You can also rent quads and scooters not too far away for a good price (70€ per day). We would definitely come back and we highly recommend! Thank you again :)

Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, neighboring two other similar properties. It consists of two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a kitchen–living room area in the middle. In my opinion, it can comfortably accommodate more than four people. Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a pool. The pool is more for leisure and relaxation than full swimming, but it serves its purpose perfectly. Around it, you’ll find sunbeds and an outdoor sofa. The terrace is accessible from every room, which is very convenient, and it offers wonderful views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are the other rooms. The house is located directly on the beach, so you can easily go for a swim and return to relax by the pool. The beach is rocky, as is the sea access, but it’s very clean and wonderfully quiet—almost as if you are on a deserted island. The sea can sometimes be wavy and a bit difficult to swim in. Beach sunbeds are also available at the accommodation to take with you. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is one at Monolithos, though in our opinion it’s not as nice as the local one. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, but better restaurants are a bit farther away. A rental car is highly recommended, as the main Santorini attractions are not within walking distance. That said, we did notice that the bus service runs frequently, with bus stops located all around the island. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our host, Beathrice, for waiting until 1 AM to check us in (our flight was delayed by three hours) and for kindly offering us a ride from the airport in case our rental car booking fell through.

The hospitality was amazing with George and Sissy being super helpful and always smiling. Everyone was really helpful in guiding us to the right places to visit in Santorini. The restaurant recommendations from Sissy, especially for my daughters 18th Birthday was excellent in Oia. The villa was beautiful, clean, rooms were super spacious and private swimming pool awesome.

From the moment we arrived, Elpida ( the host) herself welcomed us with warm hospitality and delightful treats, including her homemade marmalade and wine. This personal touch set the tone for our entire stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and precisely as described on Booking.com. The attention to detail in maintaining the place was evident, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of this retreat is its prime location. Situated very close to Fira and the sea, it offers convenient access to local attractions while providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Whether you're looking to explore the vibrant town or enjoy a serene seaside day, everything is just a short distance away. Elpida's kindness and attentiveness made our stay truly memorable. We’ve traveled to 23 countries as a family, but we’ve never experienced such warmth and genuine hospitality like we did here. Yanis and his mother are truly wonderful hosts. The room design, the option to have a heated pool, the size of the pool, and the floating breakfast — everything was just perfect. Yanis helped us with everything from transfers to car rental and local tips on where to go. Our son absolutely loved it, and when we wanted to extend our stay, Yanis solved it all within hours. His mother even gave us and our son the sweetest little gifts — such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. We left already dreaming of coming back. This place is truly special and we wholeheartedly recommend it.

The property is beautiful, it has all the facilities you might need during your trip to Santorini. It’s 5 minutes drive from the airport, very well located if you want to reach the best areas of the Island. Theoni, the property owner, is the kindest person ever. She did everything in order to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Me and my friend both work in luxury hotel industry, but never found such a great service and hospitality.

This villa is awesome, theres so many ranges of facilities: private pool, barbeque and more! the beds are very comfortable.. George (host)is very welcoming to all visitors and the views are surreal especially at sunset. Recommends families and friends to arrive. The location is very convenient as it has access to Monolithos’ beaches and all beautiful sites, groceries and restaurants. 5/5

The Villa was amazing. Our host Spyros was so helpful, friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The villa was very spacious and clean. It was lovely to have some water, juice and snacks in the fridge on arrival. It was wonderful to spend time by the pool which is totally private. I'm sure we will be back soon......
