The property is well-maintained, the house is nice, and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed for a long stay. The terrace offers an amazing view, and the hosts are very responsive. There is a pristine beach nearby, though access is difficult – downhill on the way there and a steep climb back. The Kryopigi beach, however, is far from what the online photos suggest: overcrowded and extremely dirty.

Great property with super friendly and helpful hosts! No loud noises from the road, beautiful garden and view of the sea! All needed amenities were provided, local stores and supermarkets were quickly reached by car and closest beach is only 10min by foot. Would definitely visit again! 😊

We had an amazing time at this villa! The villa is very quiet and features five spacious double bedrooms along with a lovely fireplace, making it perfect for our group of two families. The large private garden and barbecue area were fantastic for outdoor fun. The central water heating was excellent, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. While the villa has a charming, older style with wooden balcony doors and marble floors, this only added to its character. Highly recommend for summer holidays!”

We had a great stay at this house. It was a last minute booking at an amazing price for what it was offered. It is a really nice place to stay in Kriopigi, very convenient location. Communication with the host was easy and the messages were very helpful. The house can easily accommodate 10 guests, the kitchen is new and fully equipped but there are also nice places to eat in the village. The house has a huge yard on the ground floor filled with flowers were you can BBQ or just relax. It was a really nice experience overall, we will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you Recommended!

Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra.
