We had a wonderful stay in Neos Marmaras! Our host was extremely kind and welcoming — even though we arrived late, he waited for us and greeted us with a warm smile. The room felt just like a hotel room, with everything we needed. The sea view was absolutely stunning. We were also pleasantly surprised by a welcome bottle of rosé, which made our arrival even more special. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with a capsule coffee machine, kettle, and fridge. It had been recently renovated, including the bathroom, which was also very nice. The location was about a 10-minute walk to the center and restaurants, which we found very convenient. The uphill street next to the house was a bit steep, but definitely manageable. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was clean and located in the city center so you could go everywhere by foot. The most important thing was that the hosts were really helpful and they provided us recommendations for everything we needed. We could also leave our baggages after the check out for a few hours as the bus was leaving later. I recommend this accommodation!

Nice place, you have the appartment upstairs with a large private backyard, completely separated from your neighbor downstairs, the entire place is yours.. It is a pet friendly location ❤️, our dog Ava has enjoyed the stay, the beaches, she was so happy. There is a nice terasse upstairs also, with a nice view. The kitchenette is well equipped. The location offers access to a private complex beach and is a short drive from other beautiful beaches, restaurants including a fish taverna (Tonis) across the alley, and the famous Domaine Porto Carras winery. It was a great vacation experience in beautiful Sinthonia and we are thanking to our host Irene.
