We loved everything! The place is amazing, the room had everything we wanted, the hot tub was great and had an amazing view of the volcano and the all area (but not directly to the sunset :)) George the host is great, he was very responsive and helped with everything we needed. The place is at the lowest place on the top of the cliff and therefore very private and secluded. Highly recomanded!

Host: George and his son welcomed us warmly, and were always available for help. George also very kindly came every morning to clean the pool, and offered to change towels etc. as needed. House, indoor: lovely newly refurbished authentic house. All needed was there for us as a couple. House, outdoor: extraordinary view, jacuzzi, Sun-bed, table. We had the greatest sea view breakfast and most relaxing afternoons. The house is quite isolated so privacy is high. Location: close to Imerovigli, we rented a quad so we had no trouble going around, we appreciated the location quite central in the island, so everything is at 15 minutes max.

It's absolutely heaven out there. What a place and what a stay. We feel absolutely lucky in getting a stay at this beautiful fabulous gorgeous lovely property. We couldn't have asked for more. The landscape out of our heavenly abode was totally surreal. The blue dome the blue sea and the white cycladic homes were just mesmerizing. We were in total awe with this lovely place. The interior was as beautiful as the view outside. The small jacuzzi pool was cute and we had a good relaxing time in it. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were very cosy. The bedroom on top was a highlight with a small terrace to bask in the sun watching the lovely view outside. The star of the villa was Nicholaos. The best manager you can get. He made us so comfortable. He is always available to help you with everything. He got us a lovely rental car at a fabulous price. He suggested we visit Skaros rock from where we got to watch the best sunset of Santorini (even better than Oia). Since we are vegetarians he suggested us a lovely place in Akrotiri where we had a sumptuous meal. Nicholaos you rock my friend. God bless you for making our stay so lovely. Thank you Imer Villas for giving us a wonderful stay in Santorini. We would recommend Imer Villas with eyes closed. Just go for it.

The place is absolutely beautiful. I’ve stayed in Santorini numerous times and I can confidently say this is THE BEST villa on the island. The views of the caldera are wonderful and the private pool, outdoor jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi are what make this place extra special. Irina, the host, is so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and even offered to get medicine for my girlfriend when she wasn’t feeling well. We cannot wait to come to the property again and I cannot recommend it enough.

Everything was exceptional, from the moment we were picked up from the Ferry port in a luxurious van, to the moment we reached the room (with staff to help carry our luggage down alot of stairs), everything was magnificent. Bogdan was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with alot of tips and recommendations for around the island. He was responsive and communicated well. The room was spacious, and luxurious with the most amazing view! It was in a great spot surrounded by lots of restaurants, and was not far from the centre town Fira. I would definitely stay here again if I was to visit santorini in the future!

Beautiful traditional villa with a lot of character and very spacious for 8 people. All the facilities that you would expect. 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and air conditioners, and 4 full bathrooms. Safes in most bedrooms. Heated, clean jacuzzi with great outdoor space. Great location, 2 mins walk to caldera with great views. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Gregory was lovely to deal with, was helpful with all of our queries. He organised a wonderful catamaran cruise for us. He even had a bottle of wine and some water in the fridge.

The view... WOW! This place is an incredible, private villa with it's own private pool which was nice and cool, perfect for the temperature of the day (it is not heated and therefore may be cold for some people). The outdoor space is generous with plenty of sunlight. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Hiring an ATV was very easy and the location is fairly in the middle of the island so therefore was easy to get around the whole island! Fira - a short drive over the hill, and Oia - 30min drive.

E X C E P T I O N A L 10/10 Our villa was equipped with the MOST MODERN features and fixtures with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms on TWO LEVELS!!! We were welcomed by Artemis and Angela with the warmest smiles and cool welcome drinks. Our personalized breakfasts were to die for with homemade marmalade, freshly made muffins, and 🍫 n 🍊 cake. Our private pool was used throughout our stay while we enjoyed our drinks watching the full moon in full swing. Thank you for our magical, unforgettable stay and taking care of us ♡♡
