We stayed for 2 days in the cottage — it had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the terrace was just wonderful. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Reading some of the previous comments, I’m honestly surprised by the complaints. Guys, seriously — you expect a private space and a perfect house for such a low budget? Yes, those kinds of places do exist, but they cost 3–4 times more than this one — you can see that yourselves on Booking or Airbnb. This place is an absolute gem for the price. In Mestia, for this amount, you’d normally get a room in a guesthouse with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. So please, compare a quality cottage with the actual value, not with your fantasies.

It's a cabin completely nestled in the forest with excellent views and panoramic views of the town, especially at night, which are really peaceful and stunning. Every day you can see the sunrise shining over the snow-capped mountains across the street, slowly until it shines over the whole town. The master bedroom and living room have huge windows, so you don't have to leave the house to see the sunrise and sunset rays falling on the snow-capped mountains. The large deck in front of the house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view, as well as hear the sounds of the animals in the forest. A small wood-burning room on one side provides a constant source of heat for the room's fireplace, and the occasional physical activity makes the whole trip even more enjoyable.

Beautiful little place with a view of the mountain range from the front. The property itself is very cosy and warm when it’s cold outside. The kitchen has everything necessary for a longer stay - we were there for 2 weeks. There are some good natured, cute stray animals around the area that may come to say hello, so if you miss your pets at home these guys can help bridge that gap
