When you book smth for 25 lari (10 dollars), you don't expect that much. So I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Magdan guesthouse. It is located in a quite place not far from the centre. The view from the terrace is amazing. The room is pretty convinient, it even has some space to make the morning exercises. And it has its own bathroom. The only point was that it was impossible to open the window, but the fan makes its work, so it is not hot in the room. So it is a nice place, and I recommend it.

Nika was a great host, we had a late check-in which was accepted by Nika and she was even ready to pick us up from the airport late in the night but we reached there by our ride. Upon arriving, Nika greeted us with warm welcome and great food even though it was not included. The place was nice and clean, overall we had a great time at Nika house. Its located close to the Prometheus cave and Martvili canyon so anyone planning a trip to there, this is the best place for stay

The host was very polite and responsive. He met us at the house, showed everything and left the keys. The house itself is very big with very nice terrace. It was clean and filled with all you need to stay there even for a few weeks. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Recommend to stay here if you go to view Kutaisi neighborhood.

This place is a definition of Georgian hospitality. We arrived in evening just for one night and the owner showed his wine cellar with wine tasting and stories about himself and his family. In the morning we had simple but delicious homemade breakfast.
