It was a wonderful and enjoyable stay. The cottage is complete in all aspects, clean and smells nice. It has a bidet. The neighbors and the owner are kind and generous. House is newly built, fully equipped, comfortable. Before arriving we read comments on Google and started to scare, but all comments about mouses, rude host is lie. Host easily speaks English and Russian languages, very welcoming, fast responding. We found nice towels, white, clean bedsheets. It has nice mountain view, you can hear river near by. We also found shop ~200m away.

This is the best room I have ever stayed in Georgia, it made me love with the city of borjomi. The landlady is a very nice person, even though she doesn't speak much English, she will try her best to provide you with all the help you need. There is a kitchen and a small garden, it's not too far from the city center, btw I like the supermarket there.In short, if you want or love country life, this place is definitely worth it!

We spent 2 days at this beautiful place & felt truly welcomed by Dato & his family , who live downstairs and really made sure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you so much for the family vibe, wine , fruits, bread and everything else .The apartment is well equipped , good wifi, hundreds of TV channels, a fan , which we never used cos the temperature was optimal ( it gets a bit chilly at night outside) . The place is clean , with the whitest bed sheets we’ve ever seen :) and there is the rooftop with a beautiful view to enjoy with a kitty🐱 It is about 10 min walk uphill from the center , was a bit challenging for my mom , but honestly , not a big deal . It was all worth it . Highly recommended

Amazing Luxury place, fresh, new, clean. Unforgettable views around all green and mountains.. the second flour bath with view was really that what I needed. Barbeque zone.... walking nice places recommending!!!

We wanted to hike the n10 loop in the borjomi & kharagauli national park, a beautiful hike which starts 200 meters from Villa Maxi. The owners are very friendly and helpful and we could even take a shower after our hike after we checked out. We only stayed here for 1 night because of our limited time in Georgia but if you have more time then it's definitely worth staying longer. The house itself is clean and has all the amenities you need.
