The Lynbrook Haybarn is a wonderful, warm and cosy retreat. Everything is so thoughtfully organised and beautifully appointed. The hut tub is stunning, looking out over a tree-lined field. We will be back, highly recommended!

Breaches Barn was perfect for our family weekend away for my mum's 80th birthday. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area was a perfect space congregating and making special memories. Bedrooms were nice and spacious and beds were very comfortable as well. I would thoroughly recommend here for a family gathering. The rooms in the extension on the ground floor were particularly luxurious.

The location was really good for feeling lost on the Moor but still a few minutes drive to Fordingbridge to get groceries. The garden is well fenced for dogs, which gives you a less stressful / piece of mind break. The cottage admin was faultless and exceptionally prepared for arrival. Overall well fitted and presented for the price point. We tend to try new places everywhere we go but this one is on our radar for another mini break, M&J
