There was milk in the fridge and tea bags, coffee and some snaks when arrived which after a drive from Bath to Fife was a really very welome.

The property is very close to the city centre, you can easily get a bus directly to the city centre. Plus this house is ideal for families and groups. The property had pretty much everything from clean rooms to furnished kitchen. They also do provide breakfast, which is a plus amongst all the listed houses here. The host mandy were a great host and were readily available for any help or responses. I would 100% recommend this property to people travelling to Edinburgh.

Far beyond my expectation. The room is clean and cozy, everything is new. The bathroom is outside of the living room, which makes two people living convenient. Two parking space is right next to the house. The host is very friendly and could always provide help. Supermarket is also close, which makes life easier.

The property is absolute stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. The inside is beautifully decorated, the bedrooms are cosy and comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. We brought our own dough and made pizzas as the kitchen was so spacious. The projector and the star lights give a real homely feel. Really reccomend you stay at the property if your in the area. There is also a lovely cafe nearby called Eden B Den.
