We love everything about this apartment it had all the basic necessities for us to use and we felt very safe with the 24 hour security guard & for first timers to punta Cana we were very happy and please with everything the beds were comfortable the kitchen had basically everything hot water in both showers the AC was so cold we had to turn if off sometimes but if your considering renting this out for your next family vacation I would definitely recommend

Location was great, literally few steps from the beach. Also very close to the center with bars and restaurants. The neigbourhood consists of a few smal but very nice villas, which lend this place a warm and picturesque feeling. There was also a nice and cozy pool in the complex. You should buy something at the pool bar to use it. The apartment was huge with a kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. There was also a terrace on the roof with almost the same size as the apartment. Barrel with drinking water was included with a free replacement if we ran out. Host Anna was very helpful and also arranged a taxi for our trip to the airport. It was just 25$, and while a little bit more than what Uber wanted (around 20$) we had it guaranteed and reserved for a specific time. Driver was there on time so no stress getting to the airport and catching our plane. All-in-all, a wonderful experience! If we ever come back, this would be our choice again.

Despite what is an avoidable mistake in the property listing regarding cost and directions (see below), the property is gorgeous and José, the owner/manager, is very kind and gracious and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and other things. Even though a cot is not supplied, José graciously tried to get us one and only failed in that adventure due to being sold a broken one! The villa is huge and spacious, practically new (recent build), and has some delightful, big bedrooms and en suite arrangements, a gorgeous kitchen and equipment supplied for time aside in a quiet location. The pool is not beside the villa, nor private to the villa residents, but is close by and a short walk.
