We used this place as a stop off between Cahuita and San Jose. It sleeps 7 and offered tv and Wifi so met our needs. It’s not a pretty place inside, but it had a lovely dining table outside amongst nature, and enough kitchen stuff to make a meal. It was good value for the price we paid, but also ‘you get what you pay for’ holds true.

The backyard was wonderful to chill out, even the road in front of the house was busy. We felt peaceful and relaxed. The house is close to Walmart, so it’s convenient for family. In addition, the host is helpful and thoughtful. We appreciated his hospitality.

The owner came to the bus station to pick us up. The place is a smaller size cabin as advertised, in middle of nature, beautiful views of the valleys, very quiet, we were lucky, the toucans came to the berry bush by the entrance door and we enjoyed them from the house.
